We offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return unsatisfactory merchandise within 10 days for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Please contact our Customer Service Department (1-877-563-1767 or 901-475-9098) regarding any returns. To expedite the return process, have your order number (located in the upper right portion of the packing list) ready when you call. Your Customer Service Specialist will issue a Return Authorization Number and make arrangements for the return. (Please do not send merchandise back without a Return Authorization Number as this could slow the process.)

If merchandise was damaged in shipment, please call the carrier as soon as possible. The carrier will need to inspect the shipment and a claim will be submitted. Do not return merchandise damaged in shipment without calling the carrier first, as this will void the claim. If you wish to receive monthly newsletters and reports updating you on the newest developments in oriental rugs and their maintenance, then just drop us e-mail with the word "list" in the title. Otherwise, our lips and our servers are sealed for your protection.
