Shipping, Ordering, and Return Policy Information for Rugs and Products

Shipping

Oriental Rug Cleaners will ship your Oriental rug or product order to any street address in the U.S.A. served by UPS. Shipping in the U.S.A or world. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and the rest of the world are additional shipping charges. No P.O. Box addresses please. All shipments are by UPS ground service. Rush orders can be shipped via UPS Air for an additional shipping charge. You can expect delivery of your order within one or two weeks, depending on availability. In-stock rugs will usually ship in just one or two days, and you can expect delivery of your order in approximately two to four days after shipment. You can expect delivery of out-of-stock products approximately two to three weeks. We can notify you by phone, email or fax when your order is shipping. Your credit card will be charged in advance of shipment to you for rugs or products that are not in-stock and need to be ordered in.

Please note: Some rugs may already be sold. Please check with us first for availability if you would like to be sure of your order.

Please check with us first concerning the availability of the rug or product you would like to order. Once the check or credit card clears we will process your order.

We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following state: Tennessee 8.25%

Return Policy

Step 1: Notify us by phone, fax, email, or regular mail within 10 days that you wish to return a rug or product.

Step 2: Promptly return the rug or other product in its original packaging or equivalent to protect from damage, freight pre-paid, using UPS or another carrier that can track and insure the package. All returns must be made by 10 days of delivery date.

Step 3: We do not accept freight-collect rugs. We will not accept returns of soiled or damaged rugs. We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling, only the purchase price.

The shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund amount on return rugs that include shipping in the price.
